Air travel ticketing and land transportation
If you are making your own air travel arrangements, please provide us with your arrival and departure dates, times, airlines and flight numbers for transfers to the hotel. There are no cabs for transfers to the hotel, so a transfer will be arranged for you if you will not be renting a car.
There are flights into Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Albuquerque is a one hour drive to Santa Fe.
If you will be traveling outside of the President’s Club time block (April 7–10), you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the resort.
Flight information should be entered in the registration form following the daily itinerary.
If you need ticketing assistance, we will do our best to meet each of your requests based on the availability of the airlines. Airline tickets will be issued to the name that appears on your registration form. Please note that the airlines require that your ticket match the name on your driver’s license.
