Women's Spring Trip: Southwest Ireland

Hello Women Golfers,

Last Spring, the Remarkable Travel Group offered an inaugural women's golf trip to Southwest Ireland escorted by Betsy Aldrich.  Twelve women signed up and had an unforgettable experience playing excellent courses, enjoying first-class lodging and dining in superb restaurants. 

The trip was such a success that the Remarkable Travel Group has decided to offer the same great itinerary again this Spring for those who may have missed it last year.

The 2012 dates for this trip are set for May 14th-22nd.

This fabulous eight-day itinerary features world famous links-style golf, five-star accommodations, superb dining, and optional sightseeing, shopping and spa services in Southwest Ireland.

The trip includes rounds at six different seaside courses in this region, including Old Head twice - which was recently named the "#1 Most Spectacular Golf Course in the World" by Links Magazine.

Enjoy renowned Irish hospitality in three distinct areas: Doonbeg (in County Clare), Killarney (in County Kerry) and Kinsale (in County Cork).

Your package price includes a Welcome Dinner, a Farewell Banquet and a full Irish breakfast each morning. There will be a dinner reservation made for the entire group each night, but travelers can always choose to head out on their own if desired. 

We will be chauffeured between locations in a private motorcoach and the trip also includes a scenic ferry ride across the River Shannon between Doonbeg and Ballybunion.

Your Remarkable Travel Group trip leader will organize the foursomes each day, explain the individual games (Skins, Low Net, etc.) and keep track of a Ryder Cup team competition throughout the trip, too. There's no need to worry about tallying scores or figuring out strokes - we'll just keep you posted each morning! 

In addition to the championship golf, fine dining, worry-free transportation, and luxurious accommodations, travelers will also have spare time to do some sightseeing, shopping, or take advantage of the spa services offered at Doonbeg Lodge or the Killarney Plaza Hotel.
